This auction will feature 153 residential development home sites located throughout the parish including Arabi, Chalmette, Meraux and Violet, Louisiana.
All properties will be sold to the highest bidder with good, insurable title and closing costs as low as $400 per property. Bidders are required to bring $1,000 per development lot that they plan to buy. This deposit must be a Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Cash.
